Pastry Supervisor

The Pastry Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the Pastry Kitchen department as determined by their respective Chef. This includes production of superior food products, increasing productivity and quality, bringing scratch breads and pastries to the Club and providing leadership and training.

Duties & Responsibilities

*Oversee daily production from the pastry kitchen to ensure proper presentation and preparation

*Research new methods, recipes, and products to stay ahead and keep the Club fresh

*Participate in Member tastings and reviewing menus with the Chef

*Attend events as needed, manager meetings and monthly inventory

*Report to work in the proper uniform and on scheduled time

*Able to work Sunday - Saturday

*Hours depend on business needs as dictated by season 

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
