Master Plan

An active Membership, full-service recreational programs, and reputable golf course have been the pulse of Wakonda Club for the last century. There is much to be celebrated and admired about where Wakonda Club is today, and where we are headed over the next 100 years.

In 2020, the Master Planning process began. For nearly two years, the Master Planning Committees worked with industry experts to fully understand the Club's financial, structural, and social situation. We thank those members who volunteered their time and talents on committees and those who participated in the multitude of surveys and meetings. This planning process pinpointed Wakonda Club's strengths and weaknesses and has indicated areas where the Club has an opportunity to capitalize on our future. Starting with the golf course master plan, linked to the right, we will continue to grow Wakonda traditions and amenities far into the future.

We are elated to bring forward these plans to the Membership. Together, we will see Wakonda Club into the future. We could not be more excited to be a part of this monumental time at Wakonda Club.
