·Position Summary

Create a memorable bar experience with custom and Wakonda Signature libations and service in accordance with Wakonda Club policies, procedures, and standards that exceed member and guests’ needs and expectations. To promote complete member and guest satisfaction by using all tools of their personality, service knowledge, and Wakonda Club offerings.

·Job Duties include but not limited to:

- Represent the Club at all times—display a consistent positive attitude with the membership and all staff.

- Adhere to a timeline and level of service to ensure you are providing effective and efficient service that is consistent to the Wakonda Club service standards.  

- Basic Service Guidelines – All service will be conducted in a friendly, responsive, and professional manner. All food and beverage items will be presented using proper service etiquette at all times.

- Have an extensive understanding of the beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

- Have a working knowledge of the current food menu items to help answer any questions members might have.

- Able to communicate with all levels of management and work well with a team to provide the common goal of member satisfaction.

- Follow health codes when preparing drinks, cutting fruit, serving members, etc.

- Responsibly serve alcohol according to Iowa laws and Wakonda Club standards.

- Ensure your area is stocked, cleaned, and ready to go for the next shift.

- Proper charging of items and billing according to Wakonda Clubs accounting policies and procedures as they relate to food and beverage.

-Assist team members to ensure member and their guests are having the best experience possible.

·Reports to

-Clubhouse Manager, Assistant Clubhouse Managers

·Coordinates with

- Kitchen Management Staff, Director of Events, General Manager, and Golf Shop Leadership
