| Assistant Clubhouse Manager The Assistant Clubhouse Manager will be one of the faces in Wakonda Club's Food & Beverage program. Must have a winning personality, bartending skills, and high levels of customer service. This role is responsible for cultivating and training Wakonda Club’s current and future staff in superior knowledge of its F&B operations and offerings to ensure complete member and guest satisfaction. Through daily operations, this manager will ensure Wakonda Club’s Mission and Vision Statements are upheld by all employees. The ACM is also tasked with increasing member satisfaction levels, retention, and coordinating communication with all other Club departments. Qualifications: •College degree strongly preferred •5 years in the customer service industry; Bartending experience is a plus. •Proven leadership •Positive, team-oriented attitude Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Grow your employment at Wakonda and be considered for our scholarship opportunities through the Oak Leaf Education Foundation.
